By Booking any in-house training courses with House Of Aura, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
All course bookings are payable in full at the time of booked unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via our website or through an approved payment method discussed directly with House Of Aura.
Payments are non-transferable to other individuals or services unless booking on behalf of someone (please state this in initial booking)
Course Dates & Arrangements
It is the customers responsibility to email us at houseofauraofficial@gmail.com to arrange and confirm their course dates after booking.
Courses must be booked within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to arrange a date within the timeframe will result in the course being forfeited, with no entitlement to a refund or transfer.
Non-Refundable Policy
All course fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, illness or travel issues, failure to attend or dissatisfaction with course content or outcomes.
If you are unable to attend your arranged course date you must provide at least 10 days notice to reschedule (subject to availability) One reschedule is permitted per booking.
Failure to attend your course without the required notice will result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
If House Of Aura is required to reschedule a course date due to unforeseen circumstances , your booking will be moved to the next available date, the course remains non-refundable.

If you feel you did not gain full confidence from your training, we will offer additional support, such as:
Extra Learning Materials
Zoom calls with live demos
A follow up training session
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Our priority is to ensure your success through continued learning and support.
Entry Requirements
Students must be 16 years or older.
Some courses require you to be 18+ and some require existing qualifications, please check prerequisites before booking.
Certification
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of both theory and practical elements.
Where applicable, case studies must be submitted before certification is issues.
Our courses are fully accredited and House Of Aura will support with insurance before the end of the course.
Liability
House Of Aura is not liable for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred.
In the event of a course cancellation by House of Aura, a new training date will be offered. Refunds will not be issues.
Conduct
Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
House Of Aura reserves the right to terminate any training session without a refund if a student displays inappropriate behaviour or fails to follow safety protocols.
